Rachael Domenica Ray (English Rachael Domenica Ray) was born on August 25, 1968 in a small town in the U.S.. For 20 years she moved to New York where a lot of persistence makes a career as a TV host, initially broadcast for nutrition. After a while she released a series of books related to nutrition and lifestyles of Americans. In 2005 began publishing the magazine "Everyday with Rachael Ray" and became extremely popular. Many believe that in cooking it is what Coco Chanel in the fashion world. Rachel believes that the mind can not be successful weight loss diet, a special approach which is very short with the words "eat less and move more." It offers fans great recipes and great tips, some of which offer:
1. Diet is not a means to get rid of overweight. The simple idea is to control the regime.
2. After a diet chart shows: weight gain, burden on your wallet and loss of time.
3. You must eat to stay healthy.
4. Do not bother with continuous feeding.
5. Avoid fast food, but when you have no time, they are welcome.
6. Write down the foods that gain weight and just avoid them.
7. When you're not hungry, just eat less, but do not skip meals.
8. Do not display and comment on their eating constantly.
9. You must know exactly what you yourself mean by the term "ideal body" for their body. Only then will work properly for the improvement of the figure.
10. Do not think negatively. First convince yourself that you can lose weight and begin to work, but always with a positive attitude.
11. Drink plenty of water.
12. Avoid all aerated.
13. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables daily.
14. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day outside.
15. Exercise at least when you have time.
16. Avoid sitting for many hours.
17. Rather than avoiding the food, eat salads and other healthy foods.
18. Avoid stress - best through sports and walking.
19. Let everything be like a competition with yourself, but remember that each race has its rules.
