Overweight - No, I do not want!

The tips below are for people who are on a diet to combat overweight and struggling to comply.
And also for those who think about weight loss and do not know what difficulties you encounter.
1. Do not think about food and eating.
Forget about eating (ie not to stop to eat at all, and not think about it). The only way you can think of it as something that is necessary to live, not as something pleasant. Find a hula lesson and forget that eating is among them. It is simply a daily commitment needed to live.


2. Always carry a small bag of raw nuts.
