Few tips for healthy eating :)

Try to eat mostly natural food, clean fresh organic fruits and vegetables.

Do not eat foods held longer in the fridge, and canned foods.

Definitely avoid the following products:

- Refined products: white bread, refined rice, white sugar ...
- Sauces and brown thickening;
- Spicy foods (hot peppers, hot peppers);
- Coffee and tea (in excessive amounts);
- Heavy saturated fats (fatty meat, pork, sausage);
- Too much sugar;
- Cigarettes and alcohol (aperitifs, liqueurs).

Drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day, avoid sugary drinks (with the exception of natural fruit juices).


However, in some specific cases in women who take oral contraceptives are advised to take supplements such as vitamins, essential minerals and chemical elements: manganese, cobalt, zinc, magnesium ...
